Potatoes on the Grill

Ingredients

  • Spray shiny side of 4 squares of aluminum foil with butter flavored cooking spray
  • To each square add:
  • 1/4 cup onions, chopped or quartered
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese (optional)
  • 1/4 cup red peppers, diced
  • 1/2 t. garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 cup Mr. Dell's Southern Style Hash Browns

Instructions

  1. Fold into packets and crimp edges to seal.
  2. Grill 10-15 minutes over direct heat OR 45 minutes indirect heat.
